COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed challenging the proceedings issued by the respondent thereby directing the petitioner to vacate and hand over the possession of the property to the respondent corporation within a period of five days.

Today when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the prayer sought for in these writ petitions has become infructuous and nothing survive in these petitions.
