ORDER

The third defendant has applied to condone the delay of 86 days in filing the written statement. In the affidavit in support, it is stated that necessary details for drafting the written statement had to be collated from different departments and that this caused delay.

2.The learned counsel for the plaintiff has no serious objection for allowing this application.
