O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.329 of 2022 dated 10.02.2022 on the file of Principal Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu.

2. While granting default bail to the petitioners herein, the trial Court has imposed a condition that the petitioners should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for 30 days. The petitioners has complied the said condition from 12.02.2022 to till date. The reason stated by the petitioners in this application for modification is that the 1st petitioner studying B.SC final year in SRM College at Chennai, so it was very difficult for him to sign every day and therefore, seeks for modification to report before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police once in a week.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modifies the condition that the petitioners should report before the Investigating Officer every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed by the Court shall remain intact.
