The petitioner seeks a declaration to the effect that the first respondent Corporation ought not to have selected the second respondent as a dealer for setting up of a petrol pump. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. It appears that the petitioner had, in fact, on 09.12.2021 made a complaint in this regard which has come to be rejected on 20.12.2021. Without challenging the aforesaid order, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking a declaration, which, in my view, is impermissible and not maintainable.

3. This Writ Petition stands dismissed.

Connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
