O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his disobedience of the orders passed by this Court dated 29.09.2010 made in W.P. No. 6020 of 2005 and the order dated 09.09.2011 made in W.A. No. 1688 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2011.

2. Both, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent is present.

3. The learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka. No. 2590/B4/2005 dated 17.08.2015, according sanction for the appointment of the petitioner with effect from 12.07.2002, in compliance with the order of this Court.

4. In view of the compliance of the order of this Court, the Contempt Petition is closed.
