This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated on 10.04.2015 and register in the CSR No.270/2015 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard Mr.S.Jayaseelan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias,learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.270 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.270 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
