(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present writ petition, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate has disposed of the application under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

2. In the light of that, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. The writ petition, as such, stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
