ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family and to take action in CSR.No.98 of 2016 dated 01.04.2016.

2.According to the petitioner, pursuant to the survey, three cents of land in S.No.308/1 was shown belonging to the petitioner. However, the rival claimants namely the sons of one Narasappa, who belongs to his village had been creating trouble to the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has made out an application dated 01.04.2016, seeking for police protection.

3.In view of the limited prayer sought for, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2016 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While passing final orders, the fourth respondent shall give due opportunity to the persons, who have any claim over the subject property.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
