O.P.No.250 of 2019 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J., The petitioners seek issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities that stood in the name of late Mrs.J.Mary Daisy who died intestate on 22.08.2017. The petitioners are the husband and children of the deceased.

2. The 4th petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificate of late J.Mary Daisy as Ex.P1 and the legal heirship certificate as Ex.P2. Necessary Publication has been made and no objection has been received.

3. A perusal of Ex.P2 would show that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased J.Mary Daisy.

4. In view of the above evidence, I find that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased J.Mary Daisy and this Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioners. 16.08.2019 vum http://www.judis.nic.in
