This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to Crime No.563/2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, HUDCO Police Station, Krishnagiri District and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/Police that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Hosur, in E-filing No.C202400166 on 21.03.2024 itself.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
