Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the respondent. 2.The applicant, who is garnishee seeks extension of time to pay the balance consideration of Rs.36,97,716/- on or before 25.04.2021. The extension of time sought due to the liquidity crunch faced by the applicant.

3.Considering the genuineness of the applicant, this application is allowed directing the applicant to deposit the abovesaid sum on or before 25.04.2021.
