ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 430 of IPC r/w Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (D and R) Act, 1957 in Crime No.44 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the respondent police were on regular patrol, they found that the petitioner is the owner of the tractor and had illegally transported 1 unit of river sand in a tractor bearing Regn.No.TN-23-DZ-9869. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) raised an objection on the ground that the petitioner had illegally transported 1 unit of river sand.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and rival submissions made by both counsel and that since the petitioner had involved in illegal mining of river sand, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
