This Civil Revision Petition has been filed landlord against the order passed by the Rent Control Appellate Authority in a parent proceedings.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that, pending revision, the suit itself is disposed of by the Trial Court. Hence, no further adjudication is required in this Civil Revision Petition and the same may be closed as infructuous.

3. Considering the fact that since the Suit itself is disposed of, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs.
