This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the summons in Na.Ka.No.84/COP/PGP/TPC/2023 dated 07.02.2023 on the file of the respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for admission today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that this petition is filed challenging the summons issued in Na.Ka.No.84/COP/PGP/TPC/2023 dated 07.02.2023. He further submitted that, on the basis of the complaint given by one Ramanathan against the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and closed on 21.02.2023 on the basis of the written undertaking given by the petitioner that he will pursue appropriate remedy before the Competent Court. 3.In the light of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives in this petition.
