The learned Advocate Commissioner would submit that she had repossessed the vehicle and handed over the same to the applicant. Further, she had filed a report with regard to the same on 01.06.2023 and the said report is taken on record.

2. Further, in the report, she had pleaded for additional remuneration for a sum of Rs.50,000/-.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that they have no objection to pay the said amount as additional remuneration.

4. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to order a sum of Rs.50,000/- as additional remuneration.

5. Accordingly, a sum of Rs.50,000/- is ordered as additional remuneration and the said amount shall be paid by the applicant to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order by the applicant.
