Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to issue an Equivalency Certificate to the effect that B.A. English with Computer Applications is Equivalent to B.A. English and to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner for appointment to the post of B.T. Assistant based on the provisional selection made by the 3rd respondent dt 16.9.2011 by considering his representations dt 21.11.2011 and 12.12.2011 within the stipulated time.
