CMP Nos.6806 of 2020 and 5299 of 2021 in A.S.No.266 of 2007 These Petitions have been filed to extend the time for 8 weeks, permitting 20 members of the Petitioners Association to deposit the additional sale consideration as ordered in CMP No.4313 of 2020 dated 24.02.2020.

2. On 07.03.2022 this Court has extended time to deposit the balance sale consideration. Today, the learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that they have deposited the balance sale consideration as per the order of this Court.

3. In such a view of the matter, there is no further order is required in these petitions. Accordingly, these petitions are closed.
