Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 1st and 2nd respondents from laying any road or pathway in the Patta Land of the petitioner' in Patta No.221 in S.No.1/3 measuring 82 cents and in Patta No.694 in S.No.23/3C measuring 6 cents in total 88 cents in Mudichur Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District without adopting any acquisition proceedings form the petitioner.
