2. This petition has been filed in time to implead the LRs of R1. Already one of his LRs viz., Vetrivel (R2) is on record and through this petition, the petitioner/appellant is seeking to implead the other LRs also as LRs. Hence, the respondents may not have any objection for allowing this petition.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
