ORDER

This revision has been filed against the order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Dharmapuri District at Krishnagiri, dated 10.07.2006 in M.C.No.7 of 2005.

2. The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband. The petitioner has filed a case in M.C.No.7 of 2005 under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Dharmapuri District at Krishnagiri for maintenance. After trial, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, allowed the case in part and the respondent/husband was directed to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- per month to the petitioner/wife.

3. Challenging the said order, the petitioner has filed the present revision before this Court.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the revision, the respondent died. Hence, the revision is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision is dismissed as infructuous.
