ORDER
The above Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dismissing the petition filed by the revision petitioner/tenant for condoning the delay of 209 days in setting aside the order of eviction passed in R.C.O.P.No.772 of 2017 by the learned X Small Causes Judge, Chennai. When the matter was called for admission the revision petitioner/tenant had undertaken to pay the arrears of rent which totals a sum of Rs.41,62,930/- and the same has also been paid. The respondent/landlord has no objection for the delay being condoned and the matter being restored to the file. 2.It is made clear that the matter will be listed before the learned X Small Causes Judge, Chennai on 15.04.2019 and on the said date the revision petitioner/tenant shall positively file his counter and thereafter the learned Judge shall pass orders on or before 30.07.2019.
3.It is made clear that in the event of the revision petitioner/tenant not filing the counter on 15.04.2019, the order dated 02.02.2019, will stand revived.
The above Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the above lines. There shall be no order as to costs.
