When this civil revision petition is taken up for admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this revision petition has become infructuous and therefore, he submitted that the revision petition may be dismissed as infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
