ORDER

The petitioners have come up with the present petition seeking transfer of the case from the file of the respondent to the file of CBCID/Central Bureau of Investigation and direct them to investigate the matter and file a report within a time frame.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that after thorough investigation, a final report has been filed in S.C.No.148 of 2017 before the I Additional Sessions Court, Chennai. Subsequently, the matter was transferred to the file of XII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Kellys, Chennai and renumbered as Juvenile Case No.115 of 2017, which is now pending.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
