N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ssr 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur on 15.12.2023.
