A.No.890 of 2021 and O.P.No.308 of 2020 P.T. ASHA, J, The above application is filed for extending the mandate of the learned arbitrator to decide the disputes and differences which are the subject matter of reference and to pass the Award by a period of six months.

2.The learned Standing Counsel for TWAD Board has no objection to the application being ordered.

Accordingly, this Application is ordered and the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended for a further period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
