CMP.Nos.9275 & 9278 of 2019 are filed to condone the delay of 415 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second appellant and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second Appellant.

2. CMP.No.9281 of 2019 is filed to bring on record the petitioners 4 to 6 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased 1st appellant.

3. Heard both sides.

The above petitions are filed to condone the delay of 415 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second appellant and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second appellant and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased second appellant.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for. 18.06.2024.
