PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No3228/2019/P.Tho.

dated 24.01.2024 and in Na.Ka.No.3228/2019/P.Tho dated 02.11.2021 and quash the same is totally illegal, improper, unreasonable, arbitrary and principles of natural justice and thereby, direct the respondents to grant the pension to the petitioner under the Old Pension Scheme.
