ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 herein to measure the lands comprised in

Survey No.383/8, measuring about 0.46 cents, Patta No.2883 Madipakkam B village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Chennai District and lay the necessary boundary stones with in a stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents and made a statement on instructions, that an enquiry is scheduled to take place at 11.00 a.m., on 15.05.2021 at the office of the second respondent.

4. The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

5.Since the enquiry is already fixed, no further direction is required to be made except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing, to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight(8) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Elections of the State Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 15.05.2021. 6.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
