Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the Petitioner for appearing before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Honble Court in Crl.OP.No.2277 of 2022 dated 01.02.2022.

Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.3030 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.2277 of 2022 dated 01.02.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition.
