(CRIME NO.357 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute two sureties for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Komarapalayam Pursuant to the order passed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.Op.No. 1787 of 2022 dated 28.01.2022 on the file of this Hon`ble Court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 28.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1787 of 2022 for furnishing sureties.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered time is extended till 16.03.2022, to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court.
