This Court vide order dated 19.01.2021 has directed the learned Principal District Judge, Vellore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.5 of 2011 within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and allowed the above said Civil Revision Petitions.

2. This being so, after a lapse of two and half years, the learned Principal District Judge, Vellore has written a letter to the Registrar General, High Court vide Dis.No.11750/2023/OS, dated 08.11.2023, seeking extension of time for a period of three months in order to comply the order passed by this Court dated 19.01.2021, which is not appreciated by this Court, however, considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is inclined to grant three months time from the date of receipt of the order copy to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.5 of 2011 as directed by this Court order dated 19.01.2021.

3. Registry is directed to issue a copy of the order to the Principal District Judge, Vellore.
