ORDER

The present application has been filed to permit the beneficiaries to execute a Settlement Deed by the first petitioner K.Jayapriya and the second petitioner K.Amudha in favour of the third petitioner K.Parimala, who are the ultimate beneficiaries under the Will of the said deceased Munusamy of the said Will in the above captioned O.P.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court by its order dated

12.03.2024 had issued Letters of Administration in favour of the petitioners with a right to duly administer the properties and credits of the schedule to the petition.

4. The present application had been taken out by the petitioners seeking to execute a settlement Deed in favour of the third petitioner whereby, the 1 & 2 petitioners wish to transfer their interest in the property covered under the Will. Since the petitioners all have jointly filed the present petition, this Court finds no impediment in ordering the application as prayed for.

In fine, the application stands ordered as prayed for. The third petitioner herein after execution of the settlement deed shall render true and correct accounts once a year. 02-07-2025 Gba To
