The relief sought in this writ petition is to issue a mandamus forbearing the respondents from interfering with the Silver Streak Apartments property comprised in Survey Nos.263/11A1, 267/11A2, 267/11A3 and 267/12 A2 situated in 1,2,3 and 4 of Medavakkam High Road, Kilakattalai, Chennai - 600 117 by way of installing ATM Booth by ICICI Bank, without following due process of law.

2. On 23.07.2021, when the matter was taken up for consideration, there was no representation for the petitioner either in person or through the learned counsel and hence, the same was directed to be posted on 30.07.2021 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the prayer made in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication herein.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this writ petition stands closed.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
