CMP Nos.15662, 15663 and 15664 of 2016 have been filed by the petitioners i)to condone the delay of 2123 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent T.S.Padmanaban; ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent and iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent as respondents 2 and 3 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr.M.Balasubramanian, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for allowing these petitions.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these CMPs are allowed as prayed for.
