This petition has been filed under Order XVIII Rule 1(8) of the Insolvency Rules, to order notice in the above insolvency notice to the above insolvency notice to the creditors/respondents 1,10-14, 16, 18, 20-26, 33 herein by substituted service in one issue of the Tamil Daily "Maalai Murasu", as the notice sent to these respondents remain unserved on account of various factors such as Left without instructions, refused, insufficient address, door locked, addressee not known, no such person.

2. Therefore, I see no impediment in allowing this application for effecting substituted service of notice on the creditors.

3. In view of the above, the applicant is permitted to effect substituted service of notice on the creditors through Paper Publication in a Tamil Newspaper "Maalai Murasu" on or before 04.03.2024. C.SARAVANAN, J.
