Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the stay petition in CMP No.3767/2024. To that effect, he has also made an endorsement.

2. Inview of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the CMP No.3767 of 2024 is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, the interim order already granted by this Court, dated 23.02.2024 in CMP No.3767/2024 in CRP No.759/2024 is hereby vacated.
