ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a limited prayer directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 03.01.2025 and pass orders thereon.

2. When the matter came up for admission, Mr.K.S.Ramasamy, learned Senior Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents and seeks time to get instructions in the matter.

3. On a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition as well as the representation that is made, it is clear that the petitioner is alleging ill-treatment while the check was made. Certain verbal abuses were also made. Therefore, it is only a complaint regarding the behaviour of a particular officer. The prayer that is sought is only a limited prayer to consider the representation.

4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the 2/5

admission stage with the following directions:- (i) The first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.01.2025 and pass orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a webcopy of this order without waiting for a certified copy of this order; (ii) There shall be no order as to costs.
