This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a case, investigate the matter and file a final report in accordance with law based on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.04.2015.

2. Heard Mr.S.Vinothkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias,learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.206 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.206 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
