ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 18.09.2025 and sanction service and Retirement Benefits including Notional Promotion and Revision of Pay accordingly taking into consideration petitioner service as Conductor from 1985 to 2017

2. Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the limited request sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the

petitioner.
