Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1-4 to correct and sub divide the patta for the land in S.No.1008/1 to an extent of 32 cents and 1008/2 to an extent of 18 cents (totally 50 cents) to the petitioner based on the representation dated 20.12.2024. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to correct and sub divide the patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 20.12.2024.

2. Since the aforesaid representation was not considered by the official respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse Page No.2 of 6

orders are passed against the respondents 5 to 12 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 5 to 12 is dispensed with by this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader has placed on record the written instructions received by him. As seen from the same, pursuant to the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.12.2024, the 4th respondent is conducting enquiry by issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents, namely the respondents 5 to 12. In view of the same, a direction can be issued to the 4th respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 20.12.2024, after hearing the objections of the respondents 5 to 12 and any other third party, whom the 4th respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 4th respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the Page No.3 of 6

petitioner's representation, dated 20.12.2024 seeking for correction and sub division of the patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 5 to 12, the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party, whom the 4th respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
