This Criminal Revision Case is pending for more than 6 years. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.08.2019, in order to give an opportunity, the petitioner was directed to take private notice to the private respondents No.1 to 4. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted today under the caption for filing proof of service. Today (29.08.2019) when the matter is taken up for consideration, proof of service is not filed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, he sent the notice. On a perusal of the postal receipt, it is noted that the notice was despatched only on 26.08.2019, whereas the order passed by this Court on 16.08.2019, itself shows that the petitioner is not interested to proceed the case further even after 6 years In the result, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for default.
