ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent police to register the case based on the complaint by the petitioner dated 01.05.2016 against the respondents 2 and 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the petitioner's complaint Dt.01.05.2016, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.156/2016, before the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
