Respondent/Respondent/Landlord The Civil Revision Petition is filed under section 25 of Tamil Buildings Lease and Rent Control Act against the judgment and decree dated 21.01.2015 passed in R.C.A.No.10 of 2013 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee by modifying the order and decreetal order dated 08.03.2013 passed in R.C.O.P.No.20 of 2008 on the file of District Munsif cum Rent Controller, Ambattur.

ORDER

Challenging the judgment and decree passed in R.C.A.No.10 of 2013 on the file of Subordinate Court, Poonamallee, modifying the order and decreetal order passed in R.C.O.P.No.20 of 2008 on the file of District Munsif cum Rent Controller, Ambattur, the tenants have filed the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the parties had settled the matter before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre and also entered into a joint memorandum of compromise on 26.09.2016. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the petitioners had also given the vacant possession to the respondent.

3. The Tamil Mediation and Conciliation Centre also recorded that the parties had settled the matter as per the terms cited in the Mediation Agreement.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent also submitted that the Civil Revision Petition may be disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise on 26.09.2016.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise entered before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The joint memorandum of compromise dated 26.09.2016 shall form part of this order. No costs.
