O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. The petitioner has been implicated for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 497 of IPC, Section 498(A) of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 4 of TNPHW Act. Hence the petitioner filed a petition for anticipatory bail before the Court below.

3. The Court below while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner imposed certain conditions. One of the conditions is that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.290 of 2021 dated 04.02.2021. 2/4

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.290 of 2021, dated 04.02.2021 by the Court below, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

7. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with the above modification.
