(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it is agreed that in pursuance to the impugned order dated 06.09.2013 since publication has already taken place and objections have been filed by respondent No.4, the said objections will be examined subject to any objections to be raised by the petitioner qua their maintainability and the BIFR will proceed in accordance with law to deal with the objections.
