This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18172 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.26429 of 2022 on 01.12.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of four weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e., on 1st week of Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
