This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to order substituted service to the 1st respondent in the above W.P.No.29312 of 2010 by publication in anyone of the daily published Tamil and English newspaper in Tirupur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to effect substituted service on the 1st respondent by way of paper publication by mentioning the next date of hearing as 27.02.2025, in anyone of the most read Vernacular Daily, which is circulated throughout the State of Tamil Nadu, on or before 24.12.2024 and file a proof of service before this Court on or before the next date of hearing.

4. For filing proof of service, post on 27.02.2025.
