This Court, by order dated 15.07.2016 was pleased to appoint one Mr.M.Sankar Ganesh, Advocate as an Advocate Commissioner to seize and possess the vehicle in question and to file a report. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the vehicle was not seized by the Advocate Commissioner and hence, the same was not handed over by him to the applicant. He would further submit that the respondent has settled the matter with the applicant Company.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, nothing further survives in this application and the same stands closed.
