2018, is completed expeditiously and direct the respondents to publish the results in May, 2018 as per schedule.
2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the fourth respondent-Association submitted that the grievance of the teachers is not with reference to any of the students and their intention is not to punish any student and that is the reason why they have decided to withdraw their boycott and that they are going to evaluate the papers of the students who have taken up XII Standard examinations. Even though she has submitted that the One Man Commission has been appointed to redress the grievance of the teachers, since the said issue is not before this Court, more particularly in this Writ Petition, without rendering any finding on that plea made by the learned counsel for the fourth respondent, and since the boycott by the teachers, had been withdrawn and the teachers have decided to correct the examination papers of XII Standard students, this Writ Petition is closed, as nothing further survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P. is closed.
