This petition has been filed to accept the cause title in the Appeal filed against the order dated 02.11.2023 in W.P.No.17849 of 2018.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the petitioner in the writ petition passed away. He has also produced the legal heir certificate of the deceased writ petitioner. The legal heirs of the deceased petitioner are shown as the respondents in the appeal.

3. We perused the materials available on record. The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the legal heir certificate of the deceased writ petitioner. On being satisfied with the same, this petition to accept the cause title is ordered as prayed for.
